Ahhhh Venice Beach home of the free spirits, surfers, and skateboarders. It all started in the 1940’s when surfers wanted something to do when the waves were calm so they invented “sidewalk surfing,” known today as longboarding. I’ve always wanted to try it and since my clock is ticking I decided to give it a roll.
