1. SWEEPSTAKES DESCRIPTION: The Fly The Coop Thank you For Being a Fan Give-Away (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on or about Thursday, November 17, 2011 at 12:01 a.m. Central
Time (“CT”) and ends on Friday, December 16, 2011 at 12:00 (Noon) CT (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Entry in the Sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other Sweepstakes, contest or promotion. There will be a total of two (2) drawings over the Sweepstakes Period to award one (1) prize in each drawing.
Once an entry is made in one drawing IT WILL NOT be carried forward to any other remaining drawings (if any remain). By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Fly the Coop, Tulsa, OK (the “Sponsor”), whose decisions shall be final and legally binding in all respects. 2. ELIGIBILITY:
This Sweepstakes is open to legal U.S. residents (excluding Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Guam) at the time of entry, and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, Administrator, Wildfire Interactive, Inc., Sweepstakes prize suppliers, and each of their affiliated companies, subsidiaries, licensees, distributors, dealers, sales representatives, retailers, printers, individuals engaged in the development, production or distribution of materials, their advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, and any and all other companies associated with the Sweepstakes agents (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and each of their immediate family members (as defined by the IRS) and/or people living in the same household are not eligible to participate. All eligibility is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All entries submitted are the property of the Sponsor. Sponsor’s database clock will be the timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited.
3. HOW TO ENTER:
The Sweepstakes is an electronic random drawing Sweepstakes. There will be two (2) drawings to award one (1) prize in each drawing. No entry will be carried forward to any other drawings that may remain.
During the Sweepstakes Period, enter through our Facebook Contest Page: visit http://www.facebook.com/FlyTheCoop. You must be a fan of the Fly The Coop Facebook Fan Page and follow the instructions to access the online entry form. If you are currently a Facebook account holder, log-in, or if not a Facebook account holder, you will be prompted to create an account. There is no fee or charge to become a registered Facebook member. Regardless of method of entry, you must complete and submit the entry form as instructed. E-mail information collected may be used for Sweepstakes marketing specifically and only as it relates to Fly The Coop.
4. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT:
Winners will be notified via email and a final prize list will be published on https://flythecoop.tv’s blog once winners have been notified and acknowledged receipt of prizes. We reserve the right to promote and publish winner’s names on Twitter and Facebook as well.
ENTRY NOTES:
Limit: You may enter one (1) time per person, (www.facebook.com/FlyTheCoop) during each Sweepstakes Drawing Period, but for every friend you refer that fills your name out, you gain an additional entry. So refer as many friends as you like – get the word out and gain additional entries!
